Landscape Labourer

We are looking for a self-employed landscape labourer to join a small established family business based in Lichfield.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. The work will include woodland creation, hedge planting, tree maintenance, general estate and grounds maintenance, strimming, fencing, paving, turfing, groundworks and garden clearance.

A background in this line of work is advantageous, as well as experience with various tools and machinery used in landscaping but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform estate maintenance tasks, landscaping, fencing and garden work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure productivity and project completion is achieved to high standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, estate management or gardening is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
• You must possess a willingness and drive to work outdoors.
• Pay rates will depend on your level of experience

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
