We're looking for someone who can manage themselves, stay organized, solve problems, and take ownership of their work. You don't need to know everything about landscape lighting—we value attitude, aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Our goal is to develop the right candidate into a Lead Technician capable of independently managing projects, timelines, and installation crews.

What You'll Do

• Install and service professional outdoor lighting systems.

• Organize daily tasks, manage time effectively, and keep projects moving.

• Work with low-voltage wiring, lighting fixtures, transformers, and installation equipment.

• Troubleshoot challenges and take initiative to find solutions.

• Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and customer service.

• Develop the technical and leadership skills needed to manage projects and eventually lead a crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, electrical work, landscaping, or a related trade preferred but not required.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and power equipment.

• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings.

• Occasional evening and weekend availability.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

• This position requires regular travel to job sites within a 150-mile radius of our shop in a company-provided vehicle. Are you willing and able to meet this travel requirement?
