In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Landscape Maintenance & Construction Section Head.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitektur Lanskap.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang landscape maintenance, landscape construction, atau landscape management.
• Memiliki pengalaman di property developer, township, residential, commercial area, atau estate management menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam manajemen contractor/vendor, termasuk proses evaluasi dan monitoring pekerjaan.
• Memahami proses tender, khususnya untuk pekerjaan landscape maintenance.
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam budgeting, cost control, cost analysis, dan monitoring actual expenses.
• Memahami landscape maintenance, landscape construction, nursery management, dan pengelolaan area landscape.
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan pengalaman dalam mengelola serta mengevaluasi kinerja tim.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, analytical thinking, dan problem solving yang baik.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel untuk kebutuhan budgeting dan monitoring.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
