Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We are currently hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders to lead commercial maintenance crews in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position. Our Crew Leaders work alongside their teams while taking responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, equipment, and making sure each property is completed correctly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew each day
• Organize the crew and assign work to keep properties on schedule and production goals on track
• Ensure all work meets MTScapes quality standards
• Maintain a strong focus on crew safety and proper work practices
• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Ensure equipment and materials are loaded, secured, maintained, and accounted for
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, bed maintenance, and other landscape maintenance services
• Lead seasonal services including mulch installation, plant installation, and property cleanups
• Identify property issues and communicate them to management
• Train and develop crew members on proper techniques, safety, and efficient production
• Represent MTScapes professionally on customer properties

This is not a supervisor-from-the-truck position. Our Crew Leaders are working leaders who set the pace, help their team succeed, and take ownership of the properties assigned to them.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Previous crew leader, foreman, or field leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a crew
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance production and quality standards
• Commitment to safe work practices and the ability to enforce safety expectations
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscape equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for daily results
• Reliable transportation to our yard in Cumming

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
