Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a team of 1-2 guys to deliver top-notch landscaping on high-end and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team for efficient landscaping.
- Oversee tasks: mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing
- Maintaining high standards for all properties.
- Regularly inspect landscapes and enforce safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven landscape and lawn care experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Supervisory or leadership preferred.
- Have knowledge in the green industry.
- Proficient with landscaping equipment.
- Organized with good communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Valid NC driver's license to drive company vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Ability to Relocate:
- High Point, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
