We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Identify plants accurately to diagnose health issues and recommend appropriate horticultural treatments.
• Operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently across various outdoor sites.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor work environments.
• Familiarity with irrigation management systems and troubleshooting irrigation issues is a plus.
• Ability to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground covers accurately.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other groundskeeping tools.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on crew management and maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with excellent physical stamina.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
