Job Summary

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to supervise daily landscaping maintenance activities, manage site teams, and ensure that gardens, lawns, plants, and landscaped areas are maintained to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and planting.
• Allocate daily tasks to gardeners, landscapers, and other maintenance staff.
• Monitor plant health and ensure proper irrigation, pest control, and disease management.
• Ensure lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, hedges, and softscape areas are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with irrigation technicians to identify and resolve irrigation system issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed according to company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and work progress at assigned sites.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Report plant diseases, damaged irrigation systems, material shortages, and other site issues to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the site engineer or maintenance supervisor regarding daily activities and work schedules.
• Ensure all team members follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and maintenance activity updates.
• Ensure proper handling of fertilizers, pesticides, and other landscaping materials.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in the UAE.
• Previous experience supervising gardeners and landscaping maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, pruning, fertilization, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to allocate tasks, manage manpower, and monitor site performance.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage daily site activities effectively.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A practical, hands-on supervisor who can manage landscaping teams, maintain high-quality green spaces, resolve routine site issues, and ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
