Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape Leadman. This role is essential for overseeing landscape maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality work, and leading a team of skilled landscapers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture, along with excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate their team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and gardening tasks.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage for all landscaping projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice on design and maintenance options.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing necessary repairs or coordinating with maintenance personnel as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping techniques.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care, gardening, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
• Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during projects.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus.
