Landscape Maintenance Manager

Established commercial and high end residential landscape company seeking qualified maintenance manager for full time position. Must be-

-A leader of men and time management over your time and your crew's.

-The standard bearer which includes being on time, being honest and a working supervisor.

-Able to work in extreme weather conditions, even rain, extreme heat, sometimes snow. We work full time, year round in the elements so be prepared.

• Mowing service to include mowing, weed eating, edging & clean-up, recognizing weed, insect, fungus and mole problems and taking necessary control measures.

• Recognizing & resolving problems with lawn and landscape quality and irrigation issues at properties being serviced.

-Able to professionally interact with clients as well as co-workers.

-Drivers License required. Being bilingual is a plus, but not a deal breaker.

-Two weeks paid vacation upon hiring with the possibility of an additional week after the first year of employment (negotiable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
