Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews and ensure our properties consistently look their best. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, knows how to lead a team, and communicates professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance crews, keeping daily routes and assignments organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Train team members on proper mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, and plant care techniques.
• Inspect completed work and address quality issues before leaving each property.
• Communicate with clients about property needs, requests, and concerns, and keep management informed.
• Lead by example and assist crews as needed to get the job done properly.
• Ensure equipment is handled safely, maintained properly, and report repair needs.
• Identify landscape health concerns and irrigation issues, and report recommended next steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience, with experience leading crews.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to give clear instructions and communicate professionally with clients.
• Strong knowledge of proper landscaping techniques, plant care, and equipment operation.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to solve problems and hold crews accountable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus, but not required.
