Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Maintenance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape maintenance accounts. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring properties are maintained to company standards while identifying opportunities to enhance services and grow revenue.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, proactive, and experienced in landscape maintenance operations, client relationship management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

· Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, site audits, and proactive service.

· Oversee scheduling, route efficiency, work order documentation, and time tracking to ensure operational excellence.

· Monitor account profitability through labor, material, and invoice tracking.

· Lead and support maintenance crews through coaching, performance management, and accountability.

· Maintain inventory levels and coordinate resources to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Ensure all work reflects our company's commitment to Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Communication, and Quality.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, property management, or related field preferred.

· Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and plant materials.

· Professional, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

· Experience with estimating, sales, or account management is required.

· Proficiency with Aspire or other landscape software preferred.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
