Job Title: Community Landscape Manager
Work Environment Outdoor setting, 1,200 homes currently
Reporting Structure Reports to the HOA Manager
Pay Range $80,000 base salary
Annual Bonus 5% of base salary
Health Benefits Outstanding Health Insurance (PPO)
Location Gainesville, FL
Employment Full-time (projected start date: October 1, 2026)
Job Duties
Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf, landscape design, and irrigation
Must possess high standards of performance from team members daily
Ability to manage a landscape team of 25 ppl.
Strong communication skills
Customer service skills with residents and team
Strong health to withstand a Florida outdoor environment
Outstanding work ethic, cleanliness, and organizational skills
Proficient in a variety of mowing equipment, edgers, blowers, chemical applications, etc.
