Landscape Operation Director

About the role

Lead and oversee the company's landscape maintenance and project operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, work plans, and maintenance programmes. Manage landscape contracts, projects, budgets, manpower, and resources while supervising landscape managers, supervisors, horticulturists, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide landscape managers, supervisors, horticulturists, and operational teams
• Ensure all landscape works are carried out according to contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor site performance and ensure timely completion of works
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational or service issues promptly
• Prepare and review quotations, tenders, budgets, reports, and operational proposals
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and relevant regulatory requirements

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or landscape project management
• Proven experience in managing large-scale landscape operations and teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of horticultural practices, landscape maintenance, and industry standards
• Experience in managing commercial contracts and client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage
