Job Overview

Bridgewater Land Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Operations Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and installation operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, experience managing crews, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship.

As a Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage landscape maintenance and installation crews

· Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments

· Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met

· Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

· Communicate directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

· Manage labor, equipment, and material resources effectively

· Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues

· Ensure all work complies with company policies and safety regulations

· Assist with estimating, budgeting, and project planning

· Maintain accurate job records, reports, and documentation

QualificationsRequired

· 3+ years of landscape management, landscape construction, or grounds maintenance leadership experience

· Prior experience supervising crews and managing multiple projects

· Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, horticulture, and installation practices

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred

· Degree or certification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or a related field

· Experience with commercial landscape operations

· Bilingual English/Spanish

· Industry certifications or licenses
