Landscape Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and help us scale a busy and growing residential and commercial landscaping company.

Landscape Solutions is a Christian, family-owned landscape installation company committed to cultivating relationships through the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces. As demand continues to grow, we are building the leadership structure needed to expand from one crew into multiple high-performing teams.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial licensed general contractor, ensuring projects are planned, staffed, and executed efficiently.

Our projects range from $2,000 to $150,000, requiring attention to detail, strong planning, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects
• Build and manage schedules to keep crews productive and on track
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable crew leaders and teams
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Monitor job progress and proactively solve problems
• Ensure quality, safety, and professionalism across all job sites
• Communicate directly with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
• Participate in some sales activity, including follow-up calls and relationship building
• Communicate regularly with ownership on performance, challenges, and opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in landscaping or construction operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to plan ahead and adjust in real time
• Experience with:
• Hardscapes
• Drainage
• Planting and sod installation
• Equipment and jobsite logistics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure

Compensation & Opportunity

• $55,000 – $100,000+ salary, based on experience
• Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
