Landscape or Irrigation Foreman

Job Summary

The Landscape/Irrigation Foreman is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and liaison between crew members, management, and clients. We service Northern Virginia and Front Royal/Winchester.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise crew members on job sites

· Plan daily tasks and assign work to meet project timelines

· Ensure quality workmanship on maintenance and installation projects

· Operate and oversee the use of tools, equipment and machinery

· Train, motivate, and support crew members

· Enforce safety procedures and company policies

· Communicate with management and clients regarding job progress

· Load materials, manage job-site organization, and maintain cleanliness

· Track time, materials, and job progress as required

Qualifications

· 2+ years of landscaping or irrigation experience, including leadership or supervisory experience

· Strong knowledge of landscape or irrigation maintenance and/or installation practices

· Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Valid driver’s license (required)

· Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
