Landscape Supervisor

Transcape Enterprises is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our established, award-winning team. With more than 35 years of experience in the landscaping and revegetation industry, we deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects throughout North Queensland. Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating landscaping and revegetation projects
• Leading teams to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality results
• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
• Liaising with clients and site representatives
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved
• Supervising and maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment
• Completing general landscaping duties as required
• Ordering materials and managing site resources
• Maintaining clear communication with staff and management
• Completing daily paperwork, reporting, and documentation

About you

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience supervising landscaping or related works
• The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• A positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude
• A current driver's licence (essential)
• A White Card (essential)
• Trade experience in landscaping, carpentry, concreting, bricklaying, or civil works (preferred)
• Truck licence (advantageous)
• Excavator and Bobcat experience (advantageous)
