Landscape Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance and installation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate and guide gardeners, landscapers, and site workers.
• Ensure planting, pruning, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and irrigation works are completed properly.
• Supervise softscape and hardscape works as required.
• Monitor plant health and ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at site.
• Check work quality and ensure activities are completed as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and clients when required.
• Maintain daily work records and report site progress and issues.
• Ensure workers follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar role.
• UAE landscaping experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of landscape maintenance, softscape, irrigation, and basic hardscape works.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of workers.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle site responsibilities.
