Landscape Technician

MSE Landscape Professionals is looking for a dependable and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to providing high-quality landscape maintenance and service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance at commercial and residential properties.
• Mow, edge, blow, and trim landscaped areas.
• Weed, cultivate, and maintain planting areas.
• Plant, replace, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other landscape materials.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Load, unload, and properly care for company tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Report property concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and according to company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Ability to safely operate basic landscape equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to:

• Lift and carry materials and equipment.
• Bend, kneel, stoop, and work for extended periods.
• Walk and stand for extended periods.
• Work safely around landscape equipment, vehicles, and outdoor work environments.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
