Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as trucks, mowers, power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct lawn care activities like mowing, trimming and to promote lush, healthy turf
• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision
• Manage tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and safety
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components for optimal water distribution
• Support general construction projects related to landscape installation and renovation efforts

Qualifications

• Prior experience or strong interest in landscaping, horticulture or gardening is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of tools and machinery used in landscape maintenance and construction
• Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control
• Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely
• Experience with equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques including trimming and planting methods
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
