Job Summary Join our hardworking field crew to manage, maintain, and elevate outdoor environments. Whether working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, you will perform routine landscape maintenance, operate professional-grade equipment, and ensure properties remain visually appealing, safe, and functional in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, blowing, edging, and trimming.
• Handle and apply various landscaping materials with care and precision.
• Operate, clean, and maintain commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a secure, hazard-free work environment following all safety protocols.
• Provide professional, courteous communication when interacting with clients and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping experience (commercial landscape maintenance background preferred).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day, handle repetitive movements (bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting), navigate uneven terrain and slopes, regularly lift up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to and from work and a strong track record of punctuality.
• Driver’s License: Valid NC driver's license with a safe driving record is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with landscape plants and horticultural practices is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
