Full-time | Year-round work available | 40–55 hours/week in season
$19–$23/hour, depending on experience
Snow work: approximately $30/hour

Avid Landscapes is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable Landscape Apprentice who is willing to learn, communicate well, and grow with our company.

We’re a small team that values craftsmanship, integrity, communication, and pride in our work. Your effort matters here, and you’ll have the opportunity to build real trade skills while helping create and care for exceptional outdoor spaces.

Previous landscaping, construction, hardscape, or outdoor labor experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach the hard skills. What matters most is coachability, communication, work ethic, and a willingness to improve.

What You’ll Do

• Help build patios, walls, walkways, planting beds, and other outdoor spaces
• Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, cleanup, and jobsite preparation
• Learn safe use of landscape tools and equipment
• Load, unload, and organize materials
• Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
• Follow direction while learning proper installation methods
• Communicate questions or problems early
• Help with snow work, shop work, equipment care, and other winter projects
