Landscaper

About the role

As a key member of the Turfpoint team, you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish while working alongside a great crew. You'll be an experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader joining the North Brisbane team, leading by example and taking pride in producing quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of landscape construction projects from start to finish
• Lead crews on site
• Read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
• Deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects

About you

• Proven experience in landscape construction
• Experience leading crews or the ambition to step into a leadership role
• Strong knowledge across all aspects of landscape construction
• Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• White Card (essential)
• Current driver's licence (MR licence is an advantage)
• Machinery operating experience highly regarded
