Landscape Crew Leader GreenScapes —

GreenScapes is hiring a dependable, experienced (preferred not required) Landscape Crew Leader to lead daily lawn maintenance and landscape installation projects. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and can keep a crew organized and productive.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape crew and assign daily tasks.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and property cleanup.
• Assist with planting, mulch and pine straw installation, and other landscape projects.
• Safely drive company vehicles and transport equipment to job sites.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
• Communicate job progress, equipment needs, and any concerns to the owner.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment, vehicles, and job sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous landscaping experience required; crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to guide a team and work independently.
• Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Position: Full-timeSchedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hours vary based on workload and weather. Pay: per hour, based on experience.
