The Role:

In the role you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of landscaping projects. You will join a motivated team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the VSL standard. Your role will involve:

• All facets of soft landscaping to building decks, fences, concrete and paving works.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years Landscaping with hands-on experience.
• Qualifications: Full clean driver’s license, ITO qual of amenity Landscaping or carpentry beneficial.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and following architectural drawings, knowledge of plants and trees, timber works, retaining walls, decking, and concrete placement, an advantage.
• Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to train and mentor team members and champion Health & Safety practices
• Machine operation: Any experience machine operating including bobcats, diggers or loaders is considered a bonus.
