365 Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to help with landscaping and hardscaping projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and works well with a team.

What you’ll do:

• Help install retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and landscape edging.
• Assist with excavation, grading, base preparation, and drainage projects.
• Complete planting, mulching, lawn installation, and yard cleanups.
• Handle mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and other property maintenance.
• Load and unload tools and materials and keep job sites organized.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and follow crew instructions.

What we’re looking for:

• Landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred—especially with retaining walls and pavers.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting and carrying materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Attention to detail and respect for customers’ properties.
• Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, or trailers is a plus.

Pay: Based on experience and skills.
