Johnstone Landscapes is an established landscaping company based near Chippenham, with nearly 40 years' experience delivering high-quality private, commercial and maintenance projects across the South West.

We are looking for 6 landscapers to join our team, with opportunities across both commercial landscaping and garden maintenance.

4 x Junior Landscapers – £26,500 per year - Immediate start

We’re looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy working outdoors and want to build their skills and experience in landscaping. We have opportunities in both our commercial landscaping and maintenance teams. Please let us know if you have a preference when applying.

Maintenance Roles - Working with our regular commercial and residential clients across a variety of projects, helping to maintain their gardens and landscapes to our high standards.

Commercial Roles - Working as part of the team on a large, prestigious landscaping project in Long Ashton, Bristol.

You don't need extensive landscaping experience. Some practical experience in landscaping, horticulture, gardening or a similar role is useful, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain practical experience in:

· Paving, edging and wall construction

· Planting and plant care

· Lawn installation and maintenance

· Hedge pruning and general horticultural work

· Water feature installation

· General landscaping and maintenance

· Commercial and residential projects.

2 x Skilled Mid-Level Landscapers – £28,995 per year - November start

We’re looking for experienced landscapers with good practical skills who can work confidently as part of a team and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. The role involves working across the South West, including Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, on a variety of high-quality landscaping projects.

Applicants should have:

· Minimum 2 years' landscaping experience or a completed landscaping apprenticeship

· Good practical landscaping skills

· Good attention to detail and pride in your work

· Good teamworking and communication skills

· A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude

· Willingness to continue developing your skills

· Full, clean driving licence

Good to have, but not essential

· CSCS card

· Horticultural or landscaping qualifications

· Relevant machinery or site qualifications

· Existing DBS clearance

DBS: Some projects may require DBS clearance. If you do not already hold a DBS and one is required, you will be expected to arrange and pay for the check and provide proof of clearance.
