Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Engineer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience in landscaping projects, including work experience in Oman and the wider GCC region.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of landscape design, project execution, irrigation systems, softscape and hardscape works, and landscape maintenance. You should be able to manage site operations, coordinate with clients and consultants, and deliver projects to the required quality standards and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise landscaping projects from site preparation through final handover.
• Manage softscape and hardscape works, including planting, turfing, paving, walkways, and outdoor features.
• Supervise irrigation system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout project execution.
• Prepare material requirements, work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Identify site issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support landscape maintenance, including plant health management, pruning, fertilisation, and irrigation scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in landscaping projects.
• Previous work experience in Oman is required.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Valid GCC driving licence is required.
• Valid Oman driving licence is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape construction.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are seeking a technically competent, results-oriented professional with practical experience delivering landscape projects in Oman and the wider GCC region. Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure landscaping projects will be preferred.
