Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks approximately 80% of the time, focusing on paving and synthetic turf.
• Coordinate daily team activities including workload scheduling and materials management.
• Collaborate closely with the existing supervisor during a structured transition period before assuming full leadership duties.
• Contribute to growth objectives with plans to expand the team size significantly in the near future.
• Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and clear communication.
