Language Consultant ( educational sales)

Role Description The Language Consultant (Educational Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The role involves guiding prospective and current students through course offerings, placement options, and exam pathways, providing clear and accurate information about DFA and SET programs. The Language Consultant will conduct consultations, respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, and support applicants through registration and enrollment processes. Daily tasks include maintaining student records, coordinating with teaching and exam teams, assisting in information sessions or open days, and following up with leads to achieve enrollment targets. The role also involves preparing concise written materials, translating and proofreading program information when needed, and contributing to a positive, student-centered service experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse student populations.
• Candidates should possess Writing and Creative Writing skills to prepare informative, engaging messages, brochures, and online content.
• Candidates should possess Translation and Proofreading skills to ensure accurate and high-quality multilingual materials.
• Fluency in German and English is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in educational counseling, academic advising, or sales in an educational setting is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases at once.
• Comfort working with CRM systems or student information databases and common office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate effectively with teaching and exam teams, and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
