Hiring: Italian Language Specialist C1

We are looking for Italian Language Specialists with strong communication and language skills to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer/client communication in Italian and English through calls, emails, and chat.

Translate and interpret documents, emails, and business communications between Italian and English.

Respond to Italian-speaking customers/clients professionally and accurately.

Understand customer requirements and resolve queries within defined timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.

Review and proofread Italian-language content for grammar, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company processes.

Achieve defined quality, productivity, and TAT targets.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Italian / Italian Studies / Foreign Languages.

C1 level Italian proficiency is mandatory.

Valid C1 Italian language certificate from a recognized institute is required.

Excellent written and spoken Italian and English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Italian grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
