Job Description:
We are hiring Italian Language Interpreters to provide accurate and professional interpretation between English and Italian for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time interpretation between English and Italian during voice calls
• Assist in resolving customer queries through clear and effective communication
• Ensure accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
• Work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
• 5 working days with 2 rotational offs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken & comprehension)
• Italian language certification preferred
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Candidates must be currently based in India
