Language Learning Coordinator

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and fluent English-speaking Coordinator to manage our Language Learning Center. You will serve as the key point of contact for both internal and external parties, ensuring smooth operations, excellent document management, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact person, coordinating with employees and external agencies regarding the Language Learning Center's activities.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and accurate information to center visitors and users.
• Manage and organize all departmental documents and administrative tasks systematically.
• Organize meetings, plan operational workflows to meet goals, and resolve day-to-day issues effectively.
• Prepare and summarize reports on center usage and user statistics for management review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a coordination role or a position requiring regular use of English.
• Valid TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
• Excellent command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) with strong public speaking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly flexible, adaptable, and possesses a proactive/initiative mindset.
