Work Arrangement

✅ 100% Working From Home

Schedule

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational rest days
• Minimum 8-hour shifts per day

Night Shift Schedule Options

• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver real-time English ⇌ Chinese language support over the phone
• Facilitate smooth communication between parties from diverse industries
• Ensure messages are conveyed accurately and impartially
• Handle urgent and confidential situations with professionalism
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service

Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Comfortable supporting China markets
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule
• Excellent listening, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, professional, and able to remain composed under pressure
