Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of LAP (Loan Against Property) sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase loan disbursements through DSA channels.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, including builders, developers, and real estate agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in LAP sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) model and its applications in the financial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
