About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Reactivation Executive / Lapse Package Coordinator to connect with patients whose treatment packages are inactive or have lapsed.

The role involves regular follow-ups, understanding patient concerns, coordinating with the relevant centre teams, and assisting patients in restarting their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with patients having lapsed or inactive treatment packages.
• Understand the reasons for treatment discontinuation and address patient concerns professionally.
• Make regular outbound calls and maintain proper follow-up records.
• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors and centre teams as required.
• Schedule consultations and appointments for interested patients.
• Maintain accurate patient information and update follow-up status in CRM/HMS.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and work towards assigned patient reactivation targets.
• Escalate clinical or service-related concerns to the co

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
