Laptop Technician Entry-Level - Experienced

Real World Computers TR LLC is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in the laptop technician field.

Previous experience is not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills.

You don't need a perfect CV or extensive experience. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

With proper training and guidance, you will gradually learn to:

• Safely assemble and disassemble laptop components, such as battery, LCD screen, RAM, SSD, and other parts.
• Inspect laptops and identify faults.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting laptop issues under supervision.
• Record inspection results accurately and identify defective parts that need replacement.
• Follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

We are looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

You may be a suitable candidate if you have:

• An interest in electronics, technology, IT hardware, or gadgets. Previous experience in the same field is not necessary.
• A basic understanding of laptops and their components, or hands on experience gained at home, school, or through personal projects.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a long-term role.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.

Freshers are also welcome! Previous laptop repair experience is not mandatory. Training and assistance will be provided.
