Role Objective

We are looking for a dedicated Large Format Operator to join our production team on a double day shift, 6am - 2pm, 2pm – 10pm. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology - including a SwissQprint Kudu, Canon Colorado, and Kongsberg cutting table - to produce an exciting variety of large-format and display products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate & Maintain: Run wide-format flatbed and roll-to-roll printers alongside digital finishing and cutting equipment.
• Quality Control: Monitor print runs and finished materials to ensure strict colour accuracy, precision, and top-tier presentation standards.
• Production Workflow: Collaborate with the production team to manage job queues, hit tight deadlines, and prepare work for dispatch or site installation.
• Safety & Standards: Follow all site health, safety, and operational guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for print production and high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of large-format print processes, materials, and finishing (experience with Canon Colorado and/or Swiss Q systems is a strong plus, although training will be given).
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
