We're recruiting for an experienced Large Format Printer to join a well established print and display company based in Maidstone.

The business specialises in high quality large format printing, retail graphics, POS displays, exhibition graphics and signage, working with a wide range of clients across the UK.

They have invested heavily in modern printing and finishing equipment and offer a busy, varied production environment with a strong focus on quality.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Large Format Printer who is confident operating industrial wide format digital printing equipment.

You'll be responsible for producing high quality graphics across a range of rigid and flexible materials, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating large format digital printing machinery.

• Preparing artwork and managing print jobs through RIP software, including Agfa Asanti.

• Producing high quality graphics across a variety of materials and substrates.

• Monitoring print quality, colour consistency and accuracy throughout production.

• Carrying out routine machine maintenance, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

• Ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.

• Working closely with the finishing and production teams to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating large format digital printing equipment is essential.

• Experience with Agfa, VUTEk, Durst or similar large format printing machinery would be particularly desirable.

• Good understanding of print quality, colour management and different substrates.

• Confidence carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a busy production team.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

There are two shift options available:

Option 1: Rotating Shifts

Monday to Friday, alternating between:

• Morning shift: 6am to 2pm

• Afternoon shift: 2pm to 10pm

Option 2: Permanent Afternoon Shift

• Monday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm

No weekend working.
