What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in religious formation, pastoral ministry, student formation, or a related field; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Lasallian mission, values, spirituality, and formation.
- Proven experience in developing and facilitating student formation programs, retreats, recollections, liturgical events, and related activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems, with demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement
