Job Purpose

The Laser Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the clinic’s laser and aesthetic treatment services, ensuring a smooth patient journey from enquiry and consultation through treatment and follow-up. The role will focus on patient conversion, appointment optimization, revenue achievement, treatment coordination, and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all appointments and daily schedules for laser and aesthetic treatments.
• Manage patient enquiries and provide accurate information regarding available laser treatments, packages, pricing, and appointments within the scope of the role.
• Follow up with new leads and existing patients to convert enquiries and consultations into confirmed treatment bookings.
• Support achievement of monthly laser department revenue and treatment targets.
• Promote appropriate treatment packages, sessions, memberships, and clinic promotions in coordination with the clinical team.
• Maintain regular follow-up with patients regarding upcoming sessions, missed appointments, package renewals, and recommended follow-up visits.
• Monitor lead-to-booking, consultation-to-treatment, and package conversion rates.
• Optimize practitioner and treatment-room schedules to maximize utilization and minimize appointment gaps.
• Coordinate closely with Dermatologists, Laser Technicians, Nurses, Reception, Call Centre, Marketing, and Clinic Management.
• Ensure patients receive clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions as approved by the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment schedules, package balances, and follow-up information in the clinic system.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and coordinate clinical concerns with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
• Monitor patient feedback and support initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports covering enquiries, bookings, treatments, conversions, revenue, cancellations, and patient retention.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with clinic policies and applicable DOH requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Aesthetic, Dermatology, Laser, or Cosmetic Clinic preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common laser and aesthetic treatments and the patient journey.
• Previous experience in patient coordination, treatment coordination, sales, or customer service within an aesthetic clinic is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and conversion skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Good understanding of treatment packages, appointment management, and patient follow-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer/CRM/clinic management system knowledge.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage.
• UAE healthcare/aesthetic clinic experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.46 - AED6,000.00 per month
