We are seeking a skilled Laser Engraver or a person willing to learn to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer cad/engraving software like lghtburn, CorelDraw or Adobe illustrator. A key part is customer service, ensuring that clients receive an exceptional experience.
Duties

- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Utilize laser software, and POS system formanaging client records.
- Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Skills
- Background in retail sales to effectively promote services and products.
- Proficiency with laser software systems.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
