As a Laser Fabrication Technician, you will play a critical role in driving production efficiency by managing precision cutting and engraving workflows. Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate advanced laser cutting systems to achieve precise tolerances and high-quality output.
• Oversee real-time machine performance to maximize throughput and ensure consistent product integrity.
• Execute proactive equipment maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize machine reliability.
• Translate technical drawings and complex job specifications into actionable production sequences.
• Document production metrics and machine parameters to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of safety by maintaining a pristine workspace and strictly following operational protocols.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Demonstrated professional experience operating industrial laser machinery.
