Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Load CNC programs and make basic offset adjustments when required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Monitor machine performance and identify machining issues.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
