Role Overview

Mosaic Puzzles is seeking a detail-oriented Laser Operator & Production Associate to join our hands-on manufacturing and fulfillment team in Alpharetta, GA. In this dual-function role, you will operate and maintain laser cutting machines to craft our intricate wooden puzzles, while also supporting quality control, packaging, and order shipping. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operation, manufacturing, CNC, printing, fabrication, or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work and learning new equipment.

Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Available shifts:Thursday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM.Thursday – Sunday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

Role Responsibilities:

• Laser Operation: Operate lasers used to cut wooden puzzle borders to create unique and intricate puzzles.
• Machine Maintenance: Service and troubleshoot Laser Cutters to ensure high product quality and productivity.
• Quality: Monitor the cutting process to ensure high quality.
• Inventory & Materials**:** Track stock levels via our website/vendor platforms and move raw materials and finished goods around the facility.
• Fulfillment & Shipping: Box, package, and process outgoing orders accurately using digital shipping software.
• Physical Tasks: Lift, move, and position supplies up to 40 lbs; perform physical work comfortably both seated and standing for extended periods.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve mechanical issues, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced work environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to commute or planning to relocate to Alpharetta, GA 30005 before starting work
