Laser machine programmer cum operator

• Develop and optimize laser cutting/engraving programs using specialized software, translating design blueprints into machine-readable instructions.
• Set up and calibrate laser machines, ensuring precise alignment of optics, power sources, and material handling systems for optimal performance.
• Operate laser machinery efficiently, monitoring the cutting/engraving process in real-time to identify and resolve any deviations or anomalies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment, including cleaning optics, checking fluid levels, and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating and programming CNC or laser cutting/engraving machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., cypcut ,AutoCAD, SolidWorks, LightBurn, RDWorks) for program creation and modification.
• Demonstrated understanding of laser physics, material properties, and their interaction with laser energy.
