LASER MOLD WELDING MASTER

The Laser Mold Welding Master is responsible for the precision repair, modification, restoration, and maintenance of plastic injection molds using laser welding technology.

Perform precision laser welding on plastic injection molds, including cavities, cores, inserts, slides, lifters, and other mold components.

Restore damaged parting lines, shut-off areas, cavity details, and other critical mold surfaces.

Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

At least 2 years of relevant experience in laser mold welding and plastic injection mold repair; senior/master-level experience is preferred.

Experience in a plastic injection molding or tool-and-die manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of injection mold components such as cavities, cores, inserts, slides, lifters, and ejector components.

Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, or extended hours when required by production.

Laser welding machine operation and parameter setting.

Ability to work independently and complete mold repair jobs within the required turnaround time.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
