Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of advanced laser treatments, including hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation using technologies such as Candela GentleMax Pro, Cutera Enlighten, Solta Clear + Brilliant, Sciton BBL, and InMode Morpheus8.

• Conduct skin consultations using Fitzpatrick skin typing and assess client candidacy for treatment

• Educate clients on pre/post-care, package options, and long-term skincare planning

• Document treatment protocols and notes with accuracy

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and uphold safety protocols

• Collaborate with a team to hit client satisfaction and sales KPIs

• Represent the ALS brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

Minimum Requirements

• Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License

• 1+ year of hands-on laser experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)

• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Ability to manage back-to-back appointments with a positive attitude

• Team player who is receptive to feedback and growth
