Laser Table Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Laser Table Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC laser cutting machines by adjusting parameters for best cut quality
• Operate laser tables efficiently, monitoring cutting processes for accuracy and quality throughout production runs
• Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment, including calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Conduct cutting quality inspections
• Unload and debur part as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
• Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and software is highly desirable
• Knowledge of welding, plasma cutting, press brake operations, and hand tools is a plus
• Ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers and gauges for quality inspection
• Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements
• Experience with crane or forklift operation is advantageous for handling heavy materials safely
• Effective communication skills with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork in a manufacturing setting

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
