Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laser treatments including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other aesthetic laser procedures with precision and safety.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for results.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment plans efficiently.
• Provide additional skincare services including facials, waxing (body waxing, waxing services), tinting services, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and dermabrasion.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to maximize results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and safety protocols through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic laser treatments and skincare.
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician programs; familiarity with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Understanding of sanitation procedures essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Ability to perform multiple beauty services including facials, waxing (body waxing), tinting services, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, dermabrasion, and chemical peels confidently.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail necessary for precise laser treatments.
